How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by sending me an email to jleong@fuzzycomfort.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Check, cash, or credit card. There will be a $35 fee for returned checks.

​

Will you administer medication to my pet?

Ye, but I do not issue injectable medications while your pet is in my care.

​

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

I need at least a 24 hour notice or you will be charged 30% administrative fee.  

​

What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday: 7:30 am to 6 pm. Saturday: 8 am to 2 pm.

Which vaccines are required for my dog in order for Fuzzy Comfort to care for them?

Dogs are required to have Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. Note: If the Bordetella vaccine has never been given, or has expired, it needs to be administered at least 7 days prior to my arrival.  I will send documentation for you to review and sign.

Which vaccines are required for my cat in order for Fuzzy Comfort to care for them?

Cats are required to have current Rabies, FELV and FVRCP. I will send documentation for you to review and sign. ​

​

What do I need to provide on the day of your arrival?

On the days I arrive to your home, I will need the following to be available: A leash, collar and any toys or treats. If your dog requires any non-injectable medication, please provide with the original container.  If your dog’s mealtime coincides with the hours he/she will be with me, please let me know the feeding time and amount of food.

What if I have more than one dog?

I will walk all of them together upon request. Each additional dog adds $5 per walk.​

What if I'm not home?

You can facilitate the access/key exchange yourself, or you can leave special instructions for me if you have a preferred method of entry.

What if my pet becomes ill or requires medical attention while Fuzzy Comfort is caring for them?

In the event that your pet requires medical attention, I will refer to your client profile and make every attempt to reach you. I will transport your pet to their regular veterinarian and if they are not available, I will take your pet to the closest veterinary emergency clinic.
